"Absolutely ridiculous. This branch called me three times informing me that my policy was being dropped due to my roof needing to be replaced. When I start looking to invest in contractors so the problem could be fixed to continue to have insurance, they reach out and say it’s a different issue now. Plus the people that can clarify the situation refuse to reach out to me directly to clarify what is really going on. It went from unprofessional to an absolute disgrace. I’m very disappointed I wasted my money on this company. If you want insurance I highly recommend anyone else but State Farm."

Maybe it’s just this branch but I recommend avoiding it and going elsewhere where there is better communication and at least options. And instead of you reaching out but not able to help because it’s “corporate’s fault” have them reach out to me directly. Calling me and asking me about this review doesn’t help either one of us."
